Flik Athletics & the University of Nebraska, Lincoln is seeking a Dietetics/Nutrition/Hospitality undergraduate or graduate student who has interest and/or experience in foodservice, food safety, culinary nutrition, menu analysis, sport nutrition, allergen management, special diets and wellness program implementation. In this role, you will work under the Flik Dietician to lead and assess food safety and wellness initiatives through collaboration with culinary teams, operational leaders and client stakeholders to uphold best practices, strengthen compliance and deliver measurable program outcomes. Interns will be expected to actively participate in managerial responsibilities and problem solving throughout the internship.
