About The Position
The Nutrition Services Worker I position is a part-time role (3.5 hours/day, 0.4375 FTE) at Bella Vista High School. This is a permanent position within the Nutrition Services department, working 9 months per year (205 days/year) with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The role involves working within the Nutrition Services department.
Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with students, staff, and the public.
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Must be able to scan and attach all required documents before the job posting deadline.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a food service environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of nutrition principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items.
