Our Nutrition Services team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, service-minded individuals to join us as Nutrition Services Technicians and Cooks . Whether you’re prepping trays, serving patients, or cooking up fresh meals, your work makes a real difference every day. Nutrition Services Technician As a Nutrition Services Technician, you’ll keep operations running smoothly—from food prep and stocking to patient meal delivery. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients and guests receive safe, timely, and compassionate service. As a Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve meals that meet quality, safety, and nutrition standards. From patient meals to staff and guest dining, you’ll bring consistency, flavor, and care to every plate.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in healthcare or food service (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
  • ServSafe or Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • 1+ year professional cooking experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
  • Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient trays and take meal selections with care
  • Prep food and follow recipes/production guidelines
  • Keep stations stocked, clean, and safe
  • Provide friendly, professional service to patients, staff, and guests
  • Accurately record temperatures and follow sanitation protocols
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature accuracy
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
  • Assist with menu planning and special dietary needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
