About The Position

The Nutrition Services Assistant 1 supports the Nutrition Services program by assisting in the preparation, service, and sales of meals to students in a sanitary, efficient, and customer-friendly manner. This probationary position is based at Cedar Mill Elementary in the Nutrition Services Department. The role is scheduled for 4.5 hours per day, five days per week, on a 10-month calendar with 182 calendar work days. The daily schedule is 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The listed hourly rate is $18.72793–$22.38244 for the 2026–27 rate period.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meals for students.
• Assist with meal service and sales to students.
• Perform work in a sanitary, efficient, and customer-friendly manner.
