About The Position

Under general supervision, acts as a liaison between the patient (infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric), nursing, and Nutritional Care Services. Performs menu activities for patients of all ages including infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. The job requires both clinical nutrition and customer service skills. Job duties include menu modification, delivery, collection, and tallies; patient food preference interview to determine nutritional risk and special food needs; tray delivery and assembly; and performance improvement activities. Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in a food service/customer-oriented field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, in an accredited program.
