About The Position

The Nutrition Assistant represents Food and Nutrition Services by delivering patient meals. The role follows established guidelines with a high expectation for accuracy during meal delivery, setup, and monitoring of meal service. The Nutrition Assistant provides customer service and personal interaction with patients, their families, and hospital staff.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write well.
• Complete Nutrition in a Nutshell within 90 days.
• Obtain Food Handler certification within 90 days of hire for the applicable location.
• Have a positive attitude, friendly smile, and good personal appearance.
• Be willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
