About The Position

The Nurture Provider is the heart of NaSah’s brand. This role blends hospitality, self-care services, and product knowledge into a uniquely curated experience for guests. Our Providers deliver express, high-touch wellness services designed for people with busy lifestyles — travelers, professionals, community members, and anyone in need of real-time care. This is more than a job. Requirements

  • Active Tennessee state license in cosmetology, esthetics, manicure, or specialty relevant to services provided
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and helping others feel restored
  • Strong critical thinking, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with shifting capacities (especially at BNA)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in boutique, spa, hospitality, or airport retail environments
  • Comfort with retail sales, product education, and client engagement
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a mission-driven brand

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional express self-care services (hand and foot care, aromatherapy, chair services, skincare-based touch experiences, etc.) based on licensure scope
  • Provide cultural, sensory, and product-based enhancements that set NaSah’s apart
  • Maintain a guest-first mindset, ensuring spaces remain calm, welcoming, and elevated
  • Convert consultations into meaningful customer solutions through product education
  • Embody the NaSah’s core values of nurture, beauty, restoration, and community
  • Model professionalism, punctuality, and mutual respect
  • Participate in team huddles, service rituals, and ongoing professional development
  • Protect the integrity of proprietary NaSah’s protocols and service SOPs
  • Maintain sanitization, readiness, and compliance standards
  • Accurately track services, gratuities, product sales, and client notes
  • Support retail and in-store experience opportunities
  • Uphold state licensure compliance at all times
