Requirements

Active KY Nurse License
2-3 years of nursing management experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred
Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Making rounds on designated unit to observe procedures and make appropriate changes.
Maintaining patient charts, recording and coordinating appointment reviews for residents.
Answering call lights, bells or intercom system in a timely manners to assist with residents’ needs.
Assisting nurses during busy times on the floor.
Performing lab audits on a daily basis.
Greeting new residents and directing and assisting new and current residents to rooms within the facility.
