About The Position
Responsible for performing indirect care for residents. This includes assisting with resident orientation, observing safety rules, communicating effectively with residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment, delivering mail, responding to call bells, managing supplies efficiently, transporting residents, making beds, handling soiled linen, cleaning equipment, running errands, answering the phone, assisting with resident living areas and personal clothing, supporting meal times, passing ice and water, stocking supplies, and participating in resident activities. The role also involves coordinating tasks with other personnel, reporting information to supervisors, providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders, promoting EverTrue services, and participating in meetings and committees.

- Verbal and numerical skills to read, write, and orally communicate with co-workers and residents.
Responsibilities
- Performs indirect care for residents, including orientation, safety observation, communication, environmental maintenance, mail delivery, call bell response, supply management, resident transport, linen distribution, equipment cleaning, errand running, phone answering, personal care assistance, meal tray servicing, and participation in activities.
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department and other units/departments.
- Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested or on a schedule, and compiles data as directed.
- Provides excellent customer service by interacting and responding to the needs/requests/issues of employees, families, contractors, colleague agencies, volunteers, visitors, and the general public.
- Maintains awareness of all services offered by EverTrue and actively promotes, supports, and communicates them to prospective clients, residents, and families.
- Participates in meetings, task forces, committees, etc., as assigned.
