About The Position

St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Boise is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead its Chemo Infusion team in a full-service outpatient hematology/oncology treatment center. The supervisor provides leadership to a collaborative team and supports safe, high-quality, patient-centered care, clinical standards, and effective daily operations. The position is full-time at 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period), with a schedule of four 9-hour shifts per week on day shift.

Requirements

• Nursing degree.
• Three or more years of relevant registered nurse experience.
• Current RN licensure from the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) provider certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and support continuous process enhancement.
• Assist with budget planning, resource management, and assessment of clinical service needs.
