Requirements

Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
BSN required
Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required

Responsibilities

Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide milieu management
