About The Position
Lutheran Home is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our team! The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the long-term care and rehab units to ensure our residents and clients are receiving quality care and excellent customer service. The Nursing Supervisor will provide support and direction to our nurses and nursing assistants. Interested candidates should be motivated and goal-oriented leaders dedicated to our mission and "4 C's." We are currently seeking a PRN supervisor to work as-needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
- Prior experience working as a nurse with the senior population
- Ability to develop and nurture professional and educational relationships with staff members
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with resident/patient charting systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the long-term care and rehab units
- Ensure residents and clients are receiving quality care and excellent customer service
- Provide support and direction to nurses and nursing assistants
