About The Position
Are you a nursing school student graduating in May or December 2027? Join us for a unique clinical immersion experience for student nurses to enhance nursing skills and gain additional exposure to clinical healthcare specialties. As a Magnet™ Designated organization, participants will receive top notch instruction and guidance for their future success as a Registered Nurse. Students will have the opportunity to participate in share time on a unit of interest.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in Nursing School with an expected graduation date in 2027.
- A valid CNA license is required by the beginning of the program.
- BLS CPR required.

- Hands on skills practice
- Individualized learning assessments and plans
- Mentoring by experienced Mercy nurses
