About The Position

The PACE program is a four-level initiative designed to guide nursing students from their academic journey to becoming nursing professionals. This is a paid opportunity that offers a learn and earn experience, with a commitment that balances school and work life. Requirements

• Must be a nursing student who has successfully completed nursing fundamentals or is a Certified Nursing Assistant with 6 months of experience.
• Must be enrolled in an RN nursing program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Must have a current BLS card or be able to obtain one.
• Must maintain a GPA of 2.5.

Nice To Haves

• Provide a resume.
• Provide two letters of recommendation from nursing faculty or other relevant educators.
• Provide a personal statement on what a career in nursing means and how the PACE program will help achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a GPA of 2.5 throughout the program.
• Complete the application process, including submitting work history, transcripts, resume, two letters of recommendation, and a personal statement.
• Obtain a current BLS card or be able to obtain one.
