With paid, extensive training, you will gain the skills needed to care for our patients and build a network of other health care professionals across the geography where you live. Once you have successfully completed training, you will join a holistic team of care professionals – including nurses, dietitian, social workers, and other experienced PCTs – to care for our patients. Requirements

Nursing Student set to graduate in May 2027
GPA of 3.0 or above in nursing core curriculum
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel locally
Must have open availability to train full time during school summer break
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Responsibilities

Complete our award winning training program during school summer break (10 weeks, must have open availability to train full time - FULLY PAID)
Work minimum 1 shift per week as a Patient Care Technician (during Senior Year)
Provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment
Care for up to 2 patients at a time
Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
Educate patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics
