The Simulation Lab (SL) Faculty provides comprehensive instruction to practical nursing program students in the simulation lab. Incumbent will participate collaboratively and professionally with faculty and staff to promote the evidence-based integration of simulation practices into the Nursing Program Curriculum. The role of the SL Faculty requires the ability to visualize opportunities to enhance the skills laboratory teaching environment, coordinate academic activities to facilitate success of all students in simulated clinical experiences, interface effectively with nursing faculty, college staff, and students, and remain current in INACSL Standards of Best Practices for Simulation. This position qualifies for an additional $22,000 in High-Wage High Demand annual stipend. This position is full-time, 214/7, non-tenure-track, faculty position to begin in the Fall Quarter of 2026 (September 21, 2026).
