About The Position
Assist undergraduate and graduate nursing students with skill practice and competency evaluations in a supportive, student-centered, nurturing clinical environment. Facilitate Simulation-Based Education (SBE) across nursing curricula, including pre-briefing, scenario facilitation, and evidence-based debriefing. Demonstrates flexibility in responsibilities and scheduling to meet the evolving needs of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Registered Nurse, B.S.N.)
- 5-8 years of work related experience - clinical and simulation experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Current knowledge of nursing skills and experience with simulation

Responsibilities
- Provide undergraduate nursing students with structured support to practice nursing skills.
- Conduct competency evaluations of psychomotor skills, including skill reinforcement and remediation as needed.
- Facilitate simulation experiences, including scenario setup, operation, environment management, learner support, and post-simulation debriefing.
- Support the daily operations of the CLC to ensure efficient, safe, and effective learning activities.
- Assist with maintaining the laboratory environment, inventory of supplies, and functionality of simulation and skills lab equipment.
