About The Position

As the nursing resource coordinator, you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census. You will also be responsible for tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions, completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues, and working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives. This role will also provide backup for HI and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
