About The Position

Dove Healthcare - Spooner is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Nursing Resource Coordinator - Scheduler to support their nursing department. This role is crucial for ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing to meet resident needs, based on budget and census. The coordinator will manage attendance, time card corrections, and position changes, as well as complete state-mandated postings and monitor related schedule issues. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives is expected, along with backup support for HI and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED equivalent

  • Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census
  • Tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions
  • Completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
  • Working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives
  • Back up for HI
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
