About The Position

Join Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute and become part of one of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations. We are expanding with a new, one-million-square-foot, 15-floor, state-of-the-art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions — including spine injuries, epileptic seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. Our Nursing Professional Development Specialists support the mission of Cleveland Clinic through evidence-based practice and education that equips caregivers with the most current clinical knowledge and resources. Committed to excellence in patient care, our team uses critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation to support optimal outcomes for both patients and caregivers. This full-time position will primarily support nursing education for the Neuro service line at Main Campus, including approximately 20% unit rounding to provide direct clinical support and education to caregivers. While the role is based at Main Campus, flexibility to travel to other Cleveland Clinic locations is required to meet departmental and caregiver needs; mileage reimbursement is available. The schedule is generally day shift, though flexibility is needed to support unit-specific orientations, competencies, and educational needs for night shift caregivers. We are seeking someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and truly passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting the professional growth of nurses across the organization. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 3:30pm.
