The specialist will also assess learner characteristics, create effective learning environments, evaluate educational outcomes, and implement diverse teaching strategies. They will advise on the design and development of educational materials and environments, foster interprofessional initiatives, and support the transition of healthcare team members across different learning and practice settings.
