About The Position
This role is responsible for fostering professional development within the nursing staff. The specialist will contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment at UW Health in northern Illinois, promoting belonging and valuing the unique perspectives of each employee. The position is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification or ACLS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience.
- Specialty certification preferred through hospital approved certifications.
