About The Position

This position assists with development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and programs in support of an evidence-based practice environment and professional models of care, acts as an educational resource and facilitator of teams or groups. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
• RN licensure in state of Ohio.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Clinical nursing care and nursing operations from the unit and organizational perspective scope and standards of practice for nurses and nurse administrators.
• Computer skills for email and WORD
• Meeting facilitation and team building
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years RN staff nurse experience in leadership role, such as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager or Educator
• Experience with policy, procedure and/or program development.

Responsibilities
