About The Position
Single or multi-department management of operations. Manages day to day operations. Directs, supervises, orients/trains and evaluates staff. Enforces policies, procedures and standards of operation. Position may have budgetary or fiscal accountability. Renders individualized comprehensive nursing care, based on nursing process, to meet the patient’s physical, psychological, spiritual, social and educational needs. Manages the staff to meet designated goals. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning. Abrazo Surprise Micro-Hospital is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success. Abrazo Surprise Hospital is located at the Loop 303 and Bell Road to serve the community of Surprise. The eight-bed inpatient hospital offers 24-hour emergency care and hospitalist and emergency physician coverage.
