Position Summary: The Nursing Manager of Crisis Services reports to the Director of Nursing and provides operational, nursing, and administrative leadership for 24/7 programs serving individuals experiencing behavioral health crises or transitioning from crisis stabilization services. This role ensures uninterrupted program operations, oversees the crisis nursing team, provides advanced crisis nursing assessment and intervention, and maintains compliance with state regulations and contractual requirements. The Manager collaborates with internal departments, including other crisis managers, public safety partners, and community agencies to support high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered care in fast-paced, high-acuity environments that require strong clinical judgment and real-time decision-making.
