About The Position
We are excited to be partnered with a well-respected, family-owned, long term care facility in search of a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to have the autonomy to run a building as they see fit and have actual work life balance while doing it. The facility has a stable clinical team and a resident first mentality. It boasts a consistent census and is a profitable facility. It is a family-owned facility that isn’t a stuffy and rigid corporate environment, with over 40 years of history in the community and a great reputation.
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota LNHA license
- 5+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Passion for Senior Care and strong leadership skills
