Requirements
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
- Previous Administrator experience preferred
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing operations and regulatory requirements
- Proven success leading teams and developing leaders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business, financial, and operational management abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident and employee experiences
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
- Ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all day-to-day community operations
- Promote exceptional resident care and service excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare providers
- Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and team development efforts
- Implement initiatives that support organizational goals and continuous improvement
- Represent Brookestone View within the local community and professional networks
