About The Position
Robson Forensic is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a BSN and RN experience to join their team. This role involves investigating cases within long-term care facilities, analyzing complex scenarios, writing reports, and providing expert testimony. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally respected experts on consequential casework and emphasizes continuous learning. Prior forensic experience is not required, as the company focuses on hiring deep industry knowledge and providing training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.)
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license
- Active RN license
- 5+ years of broad and current nursing home administrative and operational experience in a Long-Term Care Residential Facility
- 10+ years of clinical RN experience, especially in pressure injury prevention
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Clean background screen
- Driver's license
- Ability to drive
