Requirements
- Current IL Nursing Home Administrator license
- Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care leadership experience
- Proven success with regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- A leadership style focused on accountability, collaboration, and resident-centered care
