About The Position
We are seeking an experienced individual that values quality and customer service to lead Dove Healthcare - St. Croix Falls, a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This is a rare opportunity that has opened up for the right candidate to lead our team. Our campus is supported by an experienced, successful management team, plus a full-time director at the assisted living residence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
- Current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license

- Manage/lead people at various levels and provide needed feedback to create a supportive environment
