About The Position

Robson Forensic is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a BSN and RN experience for an intellectually stimulating new challenge. You will be trained to become a forensic expert, investigating cases within long-term care facilities. This role involves analyzing complex scenarios, applying comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices, writing clear, scientifically sound reports, and providing expert testimony. You will delve into the 'why' behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.)
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Active RN license
• 5+ years of broad and current nursing home administrative and operational experience in a Long-Term Care Residential Facility
• 10+ years of clinical RN experience, especially in pressure injury prevention
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Clean background screen
• Driver's license
• Ability to drive
