About The Position
Launch your nursing career through a structured program supporting the transition from graduate to Registered Nurse. Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, you will gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment, developing your ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients. The preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare you for full RN responsibilities after obtaining licensure. The goal is to prepare you to move into a full Registered Nurse role within the health system once you obtain your RN license. A full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program. This posting is intended for ASN and BSN graduates completing their studies in December 2026 for inpatient units. August 2026 graduates, or prior graduates without RN experience, may also apply.
