About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking BSN or MSN registered nurses to teach in our part-time Clinical Nursing Program. No teaching experience is required, as training will be provided to become a successful instructor. The role involves inspiring the next generation of nurses.
Requirements
- BSN or MSN
- Active RN license in New Britain
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience
- A passion for teaching
- Strong medical-surgical background

Responsibilities
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
- Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
