The role uses a variety of strategies to evaluate learning in the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains, and maintains the professional practice knowledge base needed to help learners prepare for contemporary nursing practice. The instructor develops collegial working relationships with students, faculty colleagues, and clinical agency personnel to promote a caring learning environment.
