About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to oversee General Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, and Phototherapy Services across three outpatient locations. This leader will be a trusted partner and professional colleague to physicians and staff, bringing strong experience from the procedural nursing environment and a passion for clinical excellence, patient experience, and team development. Requirements

• BSN
• Current RN License in a Procedural field
• BLS Certification
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Supervisory/management experience
• Experience in ambulatory, procedural, dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice settings
• Procedural nursing background
• Collaborative and relationship-focused leader
• Experience leading outpatient clinical operations
• Strong business, operational, and financial acumen
• Skilled at developing high-performing teams and driving results
