About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to oversee General Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, and Phototherapy Services across three outpatient locations. This leader will be a trusted partner and professional colleague to physicians and staff, bringing strong experience from the procedural nursing environment and a passion for clinical excellence, patient experience, and team development.
Requirements
- BSN
- Current RN License in a Procedural field
- BLS Certification
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Supervisory/management experience
- Experience in ambulatory, procedural, dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice settings
- Procedural nursing background
- Collaborative and relationship-focused leader
- Experience leading outpatient clinical operations
- Strong business, operational, and financial acumen
- Skilled at developing high-performing teams and driving results
