About The Position
The Nursing Coordinator is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for patients or designated groups of patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Current nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and patients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
