Requirements
- To work directly with residents in assisting and/or performing activities of daily living plus other duties as specified.
Responsibilities
- Assist or perform personal care for residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, oral care, and toileting (or incontinence care).
- Keep record of residents' food and oral intake and/or output when ordered.
- Clean areas designated by shift assignment or Charge Nurse.
- Attend the required number of educational in-services mandated by the State and provided by the facility.
- Assure resident safety.
