Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, Primary shift will be 7:00am -3:30pm to help with our overnight hold patients. Department is open from 5:00am-8:30pm. Closed on weekends and holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay : UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to: Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on the Pre/Post PACU and provide care to surgical patients. Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, repositioning, transfers, patient mobility, and intentional rounding. Interact and engage with visitors, patients, and their family members to establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care.
