About The Position
Bring your skills where they’re needed most. Join the Central Staffing Office Float Pool and support patients and nursing teams across a variety of units while building experience throughout the hospital. Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool supports patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized patient environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BLS required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Nice To Haves
- Post-high school specialized training preferred
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting
Responsibilities
