About The Position
The Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing care to a patient population under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position is with CPMC-California Pacific Medical Center Davies. This is a per diem/casual role with evening shifts, 8-hour shift hours, variable days, and every other weekend required. The position is non-exempt and has 0 weekly hours. The pay range is $31.44 to $37.85 per hour; compensation may vary based on geographic location and factors including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Eligible positions include a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Hospital Assistant training or equivalent training as a nursing student.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute care hospital or experience as a nursing student.
- Communication, organization, and relationship skills.
