About The Position
The Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing care to a patient population under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position is with CPMC-California Pacific Medical Center Davies at Sutter Health. The role is per diem/casual, on evening shifts of 8 hours, with variable days and every-other-weekend requirements. The listed pay range is $31.44 to $37.85 per hour. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and factors including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider) certification.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute care hospital, or status as a nursing student.
- Communication, organization, and relationship skills.
- Hospital Assistant or equivalent training (nursing student).
