About The Position
The Nursing Assistant/US Techretary supports the CFH IMCU by combining hands-on patient support with the teamwork, communication, and organization needed in a fast-paced critical care environment. The role also coordinates communication and supports the unit and patient care environment so the team can operate efficiently. The CFH IMCU promotes collaboration, accountability, compassionate patient care, professional growth, recognition, and team support. Its leadership emphasizes coaching, positive change, high standards, openness to new ideas, and working together to address challenges while keeping quality patient care central.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Team members should value collaboration, accountability, compassionate patient care, and supporting one another.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
Responsibilities
