About The Position

This is your chance to serve alongside compassionate professionals while building a strong foundation for your career in Skilled Nursing. You’ll train and grow in a positive, well-resourced environment that prides itself on delivering a high standard of care. Upon successful completion of the program, you will officially join the Willow Valley Communities Team and begin training on the nursing unit for which you were hired. You will continue working in this role until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass, you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff at Willow Valley Communities.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Genuine desire to serve others.
• Willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum of 24 hours per week).
• Must be available for the entire program schedule, including General Orientation and Nursing Assistant Training.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled training sessions with perfect attendance.
• Successfully complete the Nursing Assistant Training program.
• Work in the role until State Certification Exam is passed.
• Become a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff at Willow Valley Communities.
