About The Position
This position is for a Nursing Assistant Training Program for all locations in Mobile and Baldwin County. Selected individuals will receive a 4-week nursing assistant education and training program, consisting of 2 weeks of classroom instruction (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm) with hands-on skills practice, followed by 2 weeks of bedside/patient care skills building (12-hour shifts). All program graduates will sign a 12-month work commitment. This is a great opportunity to jump-start your career in healthcare.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Attainment of a competency test score required by department management.
- Successful completion of departmental orientation.
Responsibilities
