The Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator (NARPC) / House Supervisor at Dungarvin is a mission-driven role focused on providing person-centered support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs. Since 1976, Dungarvin has been dedicated to helping people live as independently as possible across 15 states. This role involves direct hands-on care, fostering independence, creating a safe and welcoming environment, mentoring individuals, and managing household operations. The coordinator will assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, while maintaining a 4:1 staffing ratio. They will also provide supervision and guidance to help individuals achieve their personal goals, assist with staff scheduling, ensure consistency in programming and individual care, and manage various services including individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management.
