Nursing Assistant Registered-Part Time Evenings
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Nursing Assistant – Registered (NAR) to join our care team. The CNA / NAR will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties include assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as monitoring and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. BVHC is looking for a part-time evening NAR with every other weekend. Position will work 6-hour shifts which are from 2:30pm-9:30pm. Position is 24-40 hours every 2 weeks.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Or willing to enroll in a state approved Nursing Assistant Class
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential care and support to residents.
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
