Requirements
- Ability to complete all online coursework, lab sessions, and clinical training.
- Access to a laptop and headphones.
- Compassion for others and a willingness to learn.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- No previous healthcare experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Complete online modules from home during Week 1.
- Practice new skills with instructor guidance during hands-on lab training in Week 2.
- Gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting during clinical training in Week 3.
- Commit to obtaining your Oregon CNA certificate within 120 days after graduating the program.
