About The Position
Bend Transitional Care is offering a FREE Nursing Assistant (NA) training class for individuals interested in a healthcare career. This program is designed for those who want to learn how to care for others and begin a rewarding career in healthcare. Bend Transitional Care is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing compassionate transitional and post-hospital care. We are seeking caring, dependable, and team-oriented individuals who are motivated to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
Requirements
- Ability to complete all online coursework, lab sessions, and clinical training.
- Access to a laptop and headphones.
- Compassion for others and a willingness to learn.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to obtaining your Oregon CNA certificate within 120 days after graduating the program.
Nice To Haves
- No previous healthcare experience is necessary if you are ready to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Complete online modules from home during Week 1.
- Practice new skills in a hands-on lab training environment during Week 2.
- Gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting during Week 3 (Clinical Training).
- Obtain your Oregon CNA certificate within 120 days after graduating the program.
