Nursing Assistant Hospice Homecare
About The Position
Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a compassionate certified Nursing Assistant to provide care in the homes of hospice patients with life limiting illness. This role provides meaningful and purpose-driven work every day, allowing you the time to focus on patient-centered care. You will manage patient visits from your home, with no need to be in the office. Trellis Supportive Care offers a competitive benefits package and exceptional mileage reimbursement. Requirements
- Current NA I or NA II certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Annual flu vaccination is a condition of employment unless an employee qualifies for a medical or religious exemption.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years clinical experience preferred.
